Price for the “Sunshine Villa Safaga” for one night: 70 euros excluding water and electricity

If you are looking for peace and quiet on a private beach in Egypt, then Villa Sunshine is the right choice. Just an hour's drive from Hurghada Airport and about 10-15 minutes south of Safaga. Villa Sunshine is a small oasis far away from mass tourism.

The space

On the second floorfrom the villa there is apartment of approx. 200 square meters. This consists of two bedrooms. In every room there is air conditioner and water heater electric, Guest access to the roof terrace and beach, the only access to the beach is via the front steps. The appartment on the first floor is rented to a German tourist all year round. (She is not often in egypt) On the first floor, the balcony and the stairway to the beach are private property.

Other things to note

The living - dining room invites you to cook and relax, with a direct view of the Sea. A fully kitchen if you don't feel like cooking, also you can visit several restaurants in Safaga, which is 10 to 15 minutes away. Or we can offer you a Chef to cook for you , its Extra charge. My friend Hamada and I are happy to offer you advice and help. The villa can accommodate a maximum of 4 people, please do not smoke in the apartment.
